As a school technology coordinator I gained deep experience aligning tools, systems, and people—translating technical complexity into accessible, role-based learning for diverse audiences.

Outside of work, sailing and gardening sharpen the same skills I bring to instructional design. Sailing demands clear communication, adaptive decision-making under changing conditions, and the ability to break complex systems into teachable steps—exactly what effective training requires. Gardening reinforces iterative design: observing results, adjusting inputs, and cultivating growth over time. Both passions keep me grounded in the belief that the best learning experiences are purposeful, well-structured, and responsive to real conditions.
